Introducing the 3D FDM printer PWS400K, a collaboration between Ready3D and 400K.
The printer allows standard print speeds of over 100mm/s with non-printing movements of 400mm/s, all without compromising print quality. This is achieved through a rigid and durable construction, CNC milled aluminum parts, parts printed with Multijet Fusion technology, and Klipper firmware.
It supports remote control both within the home network and externally via the Karmen service. Compared to typical 3D printers, it reduces printing times by an average of 30%. The result is a reduction in energy costs and an increase in the production of 3D printed models.

- Standard printing speed of 100 mm/s+, maximum speed of 400mm/s with acceleration of 7500 mm/s^2.
- Opensource firmware Klipper with Fluid/Mainsail web interface, auxiliary LCD display menu in Czech.
- Connection via LAN cable or Wifi.
- RGB LED lighting in the frame with adjustable light intensity and light notifications.
- Web service Karmen allows remote management via mobile devices, sending optional notifications from the printer to the paired app, SMS, or by Email.
- Relay for automatic printer shutdown in case of print completion, detected error, or malfunction. This enhances not only safety but also user comfort.
- Parts printed with MJF technology from high-temperature-resistant PA (nylon) material, allowing the printer to be placed in a closed box and then print at high temperatures.
